East STL-bred and ATL-based artist Tommy Swisher is in rare form in new visuals for "Hit Home". He's preparing to kick off the new year with even more music following the release of "Bling Bling" and "Heart Away". The single is produced by Money Montage and Chris Rose with visuals being handled by Mad Visuals.
