Broke2dope.com linked up with newcomer Maui Max and learned a few things about the NJ native/Atlanta implant. Here are five things we took from our interview with our new favorite chiefer.
Maui Max is originally from Newark, New Jersey, but has been in Atlanta for a little over four years. That's just enough time for him to learn the ropes and create his own wave. His father grew up with Naughty by Nature and he pretty much considers them his uncles.
Maui considers Dom Kennedy as his favorite rapper. When we asked his opinion on Dom's last project, Maui was quick to defend him. Can't blame him though, we're fans of Lil Wayne. We get it.
