SXSW 2016 was one for the books. After three long days and little to no sleep, Broke2dope.com has official lived through a third year at the music festival. Although we are kicking our butts for not catching President Obama or that dope surprise performance by Drake, we can say we had a great time. SXSW never fails to provide an opportunity for independent artists to network amongst each other, make new fans, and make strides in their careers. There's no denying that a few indies took over this years' SXSW festival including Lil Yachty, Playboy Carti, and Uzi Vert to name a few.
