The BET Hip Hop Awards premiered last night and I can say that I appreciated how they celebrated real hip hop. From the tribute of Doug E Fresh to the cyphers, they stayed in tuned to where hip hop came from and where it is going. Uncle Snoop hosted for the second year in a row and he kept the laughs coming (those audition tapes!). Below are a few highlights from the show that we LOVED:
