1. Go mobile. Most companies have an app that can be easily downloaded to your phone. Simply add your account and access it at anytime. You can keep up with your due dates and even pay your bills online. You can also do this with your bank account and pay bills online using your account number.
2. Set reminders. Write it in your planner, on your calender, post the bill on your door. Keep it visible, so that you won't forget about the upcoming due date. Make sure to set the money aside so that you won't forget. Remember, most bills are due at the same time.

4. If all else fails, ask for an extension. Many providers are willing to give an extension (if you don't wait to late). If you know you won't have the money ahead of time, ask for an extension by calling customer service.
5. Set a payment arrangement. Call your customer service provider and make an arrangement. They'll tend to accommodate to you and your situation. Keep a great relationship with your providers.
The main thing is to think ahead. Budget your money wisely and keep up with due dates and notices! You definitely don't want to pay that late fee. Leave any comments, stories, or suggestions and let me know if these help! Follow me on twitter @carpeNIKA!
